Place your order
If you have decided that jezweb, the Australian Web Designers will be your new website builders and we have discussed your requirements we will invoice you for a 50% deposit and email you a design briefing document to complete.
At this point we must decide with you what the domain name for your website will be. We will register it within 24hrs and configure it on our servers along with any email addresses you would like.
Completing the design briefing document
This is an easy to follow set of questions and though provoking comments that will help you encapsulate your website requirements so that we can provide you with a website that matches your expectations and preferences. This is the point at which you can give us links to your competitors sites that you like, show our designers examples of what you think your website should include and look like.
Submit the design briefing
Send your design briefing document to us plus any artwork like logos, business cards and photos that you want to include in the design. This is also a very good time to provide the text for your website pages.
Designing your website
Once we have your design briefing document and extra material we will schedule your project to begin within 24hrs.
Within 3 days we will have two design concepts emailed to you and possibly a couple of variations of those main concepts
You pick the design that you like the most and then you have 48hrs to email us with any requested changes, suggestions or adjustments to colour and style that you would like
Our designers will modify your selected design to your preferences and we will email you back the final draft of your website layout.
Once you have emailed us with an OK to proceed we will schedule in the creation of the template for your website and page structure to be built in the following 5 days.
Adding your content
We will be creating your website in a content management system. This means that you will be able to add in additional text and images your self once the website is complete.
Once we have launched your website we will send you a link plus username and password so that you can login and start updating your site. We will also provide you with links to our tutorial videos that explain how to use the content management system. Plus if you want we will sit with you for half an hour and give you hands on training on using the CMS at no extra cost.
If you do have problems there are stacks of great references on the web and if there is something in particular that you want to know how to do that isn’t covered in our video tutorials then we will make up one for that specific issue.
